Desgining Your Custom Bow or Tonneau Cover

If your boat has an open bow, you’re probably in need of a fabricated factory original bow cover. In some cases, dealers no longer carry or have access to the OEM bow covers or factory original equipment tonneau covers; or the boat manufacturer may have closed or not be located close by.

Bow & Tonneau Cover Fabrics

Choose from a variety of fabrics such as Recacril®, WeatherMax®, Sunbrella®, Seamark, and Stamoid®., Every Boatswain’s Locker bow & tonneau cover is double hemmed and turned, and pockets are zipped and double sewn for strength. The normal custom bow & tonneau cover package includes a boot which wraps the bow or tonneau cover to the frame when not in use or for protection during traveling. Zippered pockets are used to attach the fabric to the frame making disassembly or fabric replacement easy.

Bow & Tonneau Cover Fittings

Only the highest quality mounting fittings are available used to accommodate any application. All necessary stainless-steel screws and mounting hardware are included with your bimini when purchased.
