1) Select Your Fabric
Choose from a variety of fabrics such as Weblon®, Sunbrella®, Seamark and Stamoid®. Boatswain’s Locker will help with which fabric would be best for your canvas needs.
2) Design Your Canvas
Boat covers, Cockpit covers, Enclosures, Biminis, Dodgers, SunShades, etc.
3) We Deliver a Detailed Quote
Next, we create a detailed quote with all of the options available for your project. After proposal execution we schedule your project with our project manager.
4) Schedule an Installation or Pickup
Most projects start within 3 to 4 weeks. A unique pattern is created for your boat that will be used for manufacturing your project. After completion of the manufacturing of your product, it will be ready for scheduling the installation or placed for customer pick-up.
Specifications for Custom Cover Installations
Frames for boat biminis are normally provided in 1″ or 1 ¼” stainless steel double-walled for stability and corrosion resistance and are secured to the deck with straps or stiff legs. Boatswain’s Locker only uses the highest quality mounting fittings available to accommodate every application. All necessary stainless-steel screws and mounting hardware can be included with your custom canvas design package when purchased together.
